August 2020 Lawn of the Month Winners

Virginia Green is excited to announce our August Lawn of the Month winners! We really appreciate everyone who submitted a photo of their lawn as the summer comes to a close. If you weren’t chosen, next month is another opportunity to show off your wonderful lawn. Remember, each month is a new chance to win $75 towards future applications.

First, we have the Hawkins family from Chesterfield, Virginia. The Hawkins family has been a part of the Virginia Green family for the past seven years. With their submission they stated, “We are so loving our lush green grass here in AUGUST!! I can’t believe how thick, lush, and green it is after all of the heat we have been having. It is nice to come home and enjoy a beautiful yard with a cold beverage after a hard day of work.” With the photos you submitted, it’s awesome to see the back and front of your lawn looking great and healthy this summer despite the heat.

Second, we have the Calabrese family from Midlothian, Virginia. The Calabrese family has only been with Virginia Green for the past four months and the lawn’s transformation is immaculate. With their submission they wrote, “Our pictures tell the story. Happiness for us with no weeds—good color, and excellent service.” Your pictures definitely show that your lawn is weed free and your deep green turf is beautiful. The shrubs around the perimeter of your home make your landscape stand out.

Next, we have the Tsependa family from Williamsburg, Virginia. The Tsependa family has been a part of the Virginia Green family for the past four years and are apart of the Estate Lawn Care program. With the summer heat, your lawn was still able to maintain a lush turf. With your aeration and seeding service last fall, the growth of your lawn has turned out great. Keep up the great work.

Fourth, we have the McCarthy family from Chesterfield, Virginia. With their submission they stated, “We have been customers of Virginia Green for about 3 years. Our lawn looks great.” Your lawn indeed looks great. Those four additional fungicide applications that are a part of the Estate Lawn Care program have helped your lawn combat disease and kept your lawn looking lavish and green.

Now, we have the Rudge family from Charlottesville, Virginia. The Rudge family has been with Virginia Green for the past five years. With their submission they stated, “I have always been envious of properties with healthy lawns in August. Using Virginia Green has been the best decision when considering weed and disease control. This is the best our lawn has ever looked in August! Thank you!!” You’re very welcome, Rudge family. We’re happy to hear you finally have a lawn that you love in August. We wouldn’t have it any other way!!

Sixth, we have the Kready family from Powhatan, Virginia. The Kready family has been with Virginia Green for the past four years and is a part of the Estate Lawn Care program. With their submission, they included, “I love that everyone in our neighborhood ‘knows’ our yard. Thank you for all you do.” You’re welcome, Kready family. It’s great that your lawn is able to stand out from others in your neighborhood—that’s how you know you are Virginia Green!

Next, we have the Hunter family from Chesterfield, Virginia. The Hunter family is coming up on their second year as a Virginia Green customer. With their submission, they stated, “Thanks VA Green for helping make my yard look great.” You’re welcome, Hunter family. It’s amazing what a year and a half can do for your lawn, especially with these past dry months.

Eighth, we have the Boleky family from Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Boleky family has been with Virginia Green going on two years now and recently switched from the Premium to Estate Lawn Care program. With aeration and seeding done last fall, your turf definitely showcases new growth this summer. Can’t wait to see how your lawn will look this fall.

Last but not least, we have the Kiper family from Chester, Virginia. The Kiper family has been with Virginia Green from the very beginning. Thank you for your commitment to Virginia Green! With their submission, they informed us that things are looking good at their home and we couldn’t agree with them more. The images that you sent really show that your lawn is thriving and flourishing as well.
